From Green Valley / Henderson / South East Valley:

Take 215 Beltway west, exiting at Charleston Blvd. 
Right turn on Charleston Blvd., heading east, back towards Las Vegas.
Left turn at first stop light, Pavilion Center.
Drive north on Pavilion Center, 3/4 mile to 2nd street on right, Atherly Dr., (where it says GLENMERE on the fence).
Drive 50 feet on Atherly, approaching stop sign at Bianca Bay St., where you turn right.
Drive 50 feet on Bianca Bay to first street on left, Balsam Creek.
Drive 150 feet on Balsam Creek to first street on right, Baysville Ct.
Drive down Baysville Ct. to second house from circle on left side -- 616 Baysville Ct.

From Northwest Las Vegas Valley:

Take 215 Beltway south/east, exiting at Charleston Blvd.
Left turn on Charleston Blvd., heading east, back towards Las Vegas.
Left turn at third stop light, Pavilion Center.
Drive north on Pavilion Center, 3/4 mile to 2nd street on right, Atherly Dr., (where it says GLENMERE on the fence).
Drive 50 feet on Atherly, approaching stop sign at Bianca Bay St., where you turn right.
Drive 50 feet on Bianca Bay, make first left on Balsam Creek.
Drive 150 feet on Balsam Creek to first street on right, Baysville Ct.
Drive down Baysville Ct. to second house from circle on left side -- 616 Baysville Ct.

From North Las Vegas / Metro Las Vegas:

Take US 95 from Spaghetti Bowl Junction with I-15 west, exiting at Summerlin Parkway.
Take Town Center exit of Summerlin Parkway, turning left onto Town Center at light.
Drive south on Town Center, passing stop light at Covington Cross, then crossing two traffic circles.
Continue on Town Center to second traffic light (Alta Dr.) after the second traffic circle.
Left turn at Alta, church on right.
Drive up Alta to first stop sign at Pavilion Center, left turn on Pavilion Center
Drive south on Pavilion Center 300 feet to first street on left, Atherly Drive (it says GLENMERE on the fence).
Drive 50 feet on Atherly, approaching stop sign at Bianca Bay St., where you turn right.
Drive 50 feet on Bianca Bay, make first left on Balsam Creek.
Drive 150 feet on Balsam Creek to first street on right, Baysville Ct.
Drive down Baysville Ct. to second house from circle on left side -- 616 Baysville Ct.

From Near West Las Vegas:

Take Charleston Blvd. west, crossing Rainbow, Buffalo, Durango, Ft. Apache/Rampart, Hualapai, and Town Center.
Right turn at Pavilion Center, which is the first stop light AFTER Town Center.
Drive north on Pavilion Center, 3/4 mile to 2nd street on right, Atherly Dr., (where it says GLENMERE on the fence).
Drive 50 feet on Atherly, approaching stop sign at Bianca Bay St., where you make a right turn.
Drive 50 feet on Bianca Bay to 1st street on left, Balsam Creek.
Drive 150 feet on Bianca Bay to 1st street on right, Baysville Ct.
Drive down Baysville Ct. to 2nd house from cirlce on left side -- 616 Baysville Ct.
